Emergency Water Damage: – We received the call on Sunday morning at 2 A.M. stating there was an emergency water leak that needed to be contained and corrected. We were on the jobsite by 3 A.M., and the leak was stopped and water was extracted by 4 A.M. The scope of work was submitted on Monday to the insurance adjuster. Repair work was authorized and started on Wednesday morning. The scope of work included emergency service, contents, flooring/carpet/tile, baseboard removal and replacement, and painting. Work was complete and signed off within 12 days of the initial call. 

Tree Collapse –Major home damage - We were assigned this claim on a Saturday. We dispatched a crew to perform tree removal, tarping and emergency repair of a water line broken in the attic by the tree. The tree was an old growth oak and caused major damage - exterior restoration will include replacement of the roof, repair of the soffit and fascia, painting of the house and replacement of the broken brick. The interior was damaged severely by a water line that was broken in the attic over the utility. The water created damage to the ceilings, walls and flooring in the utility room, Kitchen, Living Room, Dining Room and Family Room. The homeowners selected ABC to perform all aspects of the restoration of their home!

Fire Damage - An apartment complex caught fire and damaged 4 town homes, destroying the roof. The town homes had to be completely rebuilt from scratch - matching what pieces were left. Job included complete installation of plumbing, electrical, windows, flooring, roofing, sheetrock, framing, HVAC, and appliances. Large project with extensive rebuilding, remodeling, and with requirements of security and weatherproofing. Additional work included siding, rain gutters, and various exterior improvements.

Water Remediation - A recent water remediation project was for a house that had slab damage and as a result developed a leak that resulted in water contamination. Water came through from settlement of the slab. Water and sewer pipes broke and leaked water throughout the house. The insurance company denied the initial claim of $1200 for the slab repair. With ABC’s help in conferring with 3 adjusters the claim was approved and exceeded $90,000. Claim included repair of the foundation, plumbing, sheetrock, flooring (tile and hardwood), cabinets, countertops, door, ceiling fans, painting, and electrical.
